What counts as an active contact?
Contacts that are active and not suppressed. Unsubscribed or suppressed contacts don't count toward your limit.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted. New growth for that limit pauses and AroMailer explains your options: reduce usage or move to a larger plan. Emails and AI credits reset each period.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. If your usage exceeds the new plan, nothing is removed automatically — you choose what to reduce, or keep a larger plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost the same as 10 months of the monthly price — about 2 months free.
When can I pay online?

Limits belong to your organization and are shared by all of its workspaces.
