Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address and authentication details for people who sign in to AroMailer.

Workspace content: contacts, consent records, campaigns, templates and brand assets that our customers upload or create.

Technical data: information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session information and error diagnostics.

For account data we decide how it is used. For contact data that customers upload to their workspaces, our customers decide how it is used, and we process it on their behalf to provide the service.

To provide, secure and support the service; to send service-related messages to account holders; and to meet legal obligations.

When customers use AI features, relevant workspace content is sent to AI providers to generate suggestions. We minimize and redact personal data sent to those providers where possible.

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, AI processing and, when enabled, email delivery. They process data only to provide their services to us.

If you received an email sent through AroMailer, the sender is the business named in that email. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing message. You can also contact that business directly about your data.

Workspace data is isolated per workspace with access controls enforced in our database. Access is limited to authorized members of each workspace.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@aromailer.com.
