Terms of Service

AroMailer provides software to plan, create and operate email programs, including AI-assisted features. Features may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace owners control who has access to their workspace.

You keep ownership of the content and contact data you bring to AroMailer. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it to provide the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including consent where required, for every contact you email.

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend sending or accounts that violate it.

AI output is a suggestion. Review it before use; you remain responsible for what you send.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
